Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: During high-volume sales periods or holidays, processing times may experience slight delays.

We are thrilled to offer 100% FREE Standard Shipping Worldwide on all orders, with no minimum purchase required!

Order Tracking & Shop App
When your order ships, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. For the best post-purchase experience, we highly recommend tracking your order directly through the Shop App by Shopify, which provides real-time delivery updates directly to your phone.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Wild Dogs Water Toys is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@purezfluff.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you in filing a claim.
